  • Signing up for bodywork with Serafina, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. She was so flexible and responsive during the booking. When I arrived the day of my appointment, a feeling of safety, comfort, and tranquility washed over me just by waking into her home. Being in the energy of her space is a healing experience within itself. I recall the nurturing smell of soup cooking in the instapot blending with sweet smells of incense, palo Sanyo, sage, and candles. The feng shui through out the home seemed to be meticulously intentionally considered to create a specific energetic feeling. The lighting was calming and gentle. The room we worked in seemed to be magically transformed into healing portal. Prior to preparing for the body work portion, Serafina checked in with me, and compassionately held a safe, accepting space for my detailed descriptions about how unresolved traumas were being held through out my body. She then encouraged me to set an intention for the healing experience and gave me a card reading. Laying on the table, I was astonished by how the music she played seemed to have messages written in the lyrics and healing vibrations that were specifically meant for me. There were so many layers to the experience I was not expecting including: a sound healing, hot stone massage, butt lift, cupping, feather work, the most powerful smudging I think I’ve ever experienced, crystal chakra realignment with magnetic recalibration, hot towel, essential oils, candle lit herbal flower epsom salt bubble bath with a variety of face masks to choose from, etc. I know for sure I am forgetting to mention some details of the experience because there were more so many aspects of the healing work. I felt lavishly pampered, healed, and transformed on a deep level that I believe can only be completely understood by someone who has experienced a session with Serafina. 100% recommended. You’ll leave wishing you had more cash on hand to offer a more generous tip, so I’d recommend planning for that as well. You deserve a session with her. It will change you. You’re worth it <3
